Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Embark on Your Path to Recovery

Compassionate Guidance for Lasting Recovery

I.O.P?

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides targeted, comprehensive support for individuals dealing with chemical dependency and compulsive disorders, all without the need for full-time residential care. Our program enables clients to return home each day after the program ends, allowing them to face daily triggers while still under the supportive umbrella of the Sage Centre. Held four days a week from Monday to Thursday, our IOP emphasizes relapse prevention, coping strategies, and personal growth, all within a nurturing community-based environment. The program includes psychoeducation, individual therapy, group activities, group therapy, and family workshops, equipping participants with the tools they need for recovery and long-term resilience.
