about us
At Sage Centre, we believe in compassionate, evidence-based care that honours every individual’s journey.

Our team of highly trained clinicians brings extensive experience in mental health, trauma, and compulsive behaviours — including chemical dependency. But beyond qualifications, we’re united by a deep passion for helping people heal and thrive. We don’t just offer treatment — we offer a transformative experience. By creating a safe, supportive space, we empower our clients to rediscover their strength, reconnect with themselves, and move forward toward lasting change and a brighter future.
our concept
At Sage Centre, we believe wisdom is a way of life. Inspired by the timeless role of the sage, we guide individuals on their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. As a sanctuary for mental health, recovery, and personal development, we help you cultivate deep self-awareness and meaningful change. Our mission is to empower you to become your own sage — by addressing the psychological, emotional, and behavioural roots of your challenges. At Sage Centre, your journey to a healthier, more balanced future begins.
our approach to healing
At Sage Centre, we combine clinical expertise with deep compassion to support meaningful, lasting change. Here’s how we do it:

1) holistic mental health support
We treat the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — using evidence-based, integrative approaches tailored to each client’s life.
2) personalised treatment plans
No two journeys are the same. We create custom therapy plans that reflect your unique needs and goals.
3) diverse, evidence-based therapies
Our team uses proven methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Humanistic/Experiential therapy (including person-centered therapy and gestalt therapy), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
4) empowering education & inner work
We guide you inward — providing tools, knowledge, and insight to help you understand yourself more deeply and grow with confidence.
5) safe, non-judgemental space
Our centre is a sanctuary for healing. We offer a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can truly be yourself.
meet yasmin a. khan
Yasmin A. Khan is the CEO and Founder of the Sage Centre, built on one guiding belief: that everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to heal, grow, and be understood.

Her journey across the United Kingdom and Malaysia showed her a common truth. Many people don’t truly know themselves, yet when they begin to understand who they are, they unlock the ability to make real changes, reclaim their lives, and reach their full potential. Seeing this inspired Yasmin to create Sage Centre, a place where people could be seen, heard, and guided back onto the right path.

Whether someone is struggling with mental health challenges or addiction, Yasmin wanted Sage Centre to be more than just treatment. She wanted it to be a place of hope, connection, and new beginnings.

For her, Sage Centre is not just a practice. It is a vision of recovery, growth, and the belief that no matter where someone has been, change and healing are always possible.
