I've tried therapy & had a bad experience, what should I do?

It's important to find the right therapist for you. If you've had a less than ideal experience with therapy in the past, don't let that deter you. Not every therapist will be the perfect fit, and that's completely okay. We encourage you to explore different therapists until you find one who truly suits your needs.

What is your policy on p&c?

Our policy on confidentiality is strict: everything discussed in our sessions is kept private and secure, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law to prevent harm. Your trust and safety are our top priorities.

Do you refer to other places if needed?

Absolutely! If we believe that you or your loved ones could benefit from medication prescribed by a psychiatrist or specialized care from other professionals, we're here to assist by providing a referral letter.

Can I do online sessions?

Certainly! We offer online therapy sessions to provide convenient access to our services for those who may not be able to attend in person.

I'm new to therapy, what can I expect and do I have to prepare anything?

Welcome to therapy! In your first session, you can expect to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. There's no need to prepare anything specific, just come with an open mind and be ready to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Your therapist will guide the conversation and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
