Can I do online sessions?
Certainly! We offer online therapy sessions to provide convenient access to our services for those who may not be able to attend in person.
I'm new to therapy, what can I expect and do I have to prepare anything?
Welcome to therapy! In your first session, you can expect to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. There's no need to prepare anything specific, just come with an open mind and be ready to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. Your therapist will guide the conversation and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
